Cheddar BLT Cobb Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 8 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends® Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. real bacon bits or chopped cooked bacon
- 2 cups diced ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced pitted kalamata or ripe olives
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup light Caesar salad dressing or light vinaigrette
