Shape ground beef into 4 patties, 4 inches in diameter and 1/2-inch thick. Preheat grill or broiler. Grill patties, 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness, adding one slice Cheddar and one slice Colby-Jack cheese during last minute of cooking.
While burgers are cooking, make fruit salsa by combining pineapple, mango, bell pepper and cilantro in small bowl. Squeeze lime juice over mixture and stir gently.
Grill or lightly toast bagels. Place burgers on bagels. Serve with fruit salsa, lettuce and avocado.
