INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Bistro® Blends Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Basil
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. basil pesto sauce
  • 4 prepared tostada shells or fried tortillas
 

DIRECTIONS

  • 1

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except tostada shells; toss well.

    Top shells with salad.
