Super Sargento Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Bistro® Blends Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Basil
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sliced basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. basil pesto sauce
- 4 prepared tostada shells or fried tortillas
