Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; top with pizza sauce. Combine cheese, sun dried tomatoes, basil and pepper flakes. Sprinkle 1 cup mixture over pizza. Top with pepper strips, olives and remaining cheese mixture.
Bake in a preheated 450°F oven 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into 6 wedges.
