Cowboy Burritos
Ingredients
- 1 cup canned chili with beans
- 4 (7-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 Sargento® Colby-Jack Cheese Snacks
- Salsa (optional)
Directions
- Spread 1/4 cup chili down center of each tortilla. Place 1 cheese snack on top of chili. Fold sides toward center over cheese; roll up from bottom. Place seam-side down on microwave-safe plate.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes until hot, rotating dish after 1 minute. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Serve with salsa.
