Unroll dough onto lightly floured surface and press all the seams together. Roll dough with flour-covered rolling pin into a 12x8-inch rectangle.
Spread mustard evenly over dough. Top with cheese and pat lightly with palm. Starting with long end, tightly roll up and pinch to seal long edge. Cut dough crosswise into 3/4-inch thick rounds and place onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 375°F oven 10 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Serve immediately.
