Swisstacular Herbed Spinach Bake
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1-1/2 cups packaged croutons
- 1-1/4 cups (5 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends® Shredded Swiss Cheese
DIRECTIONS

Beat eggs in large bowl. Add milk, onion, Worcestershire sauce and rosemary; mix well. Stir in spinach, croutons and cheese.

Transfer mixture to 1-quart baking dish. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 25 minutes or until set and golden brown.
