Cook bacon and onion in large skillet until bacon is almost crisp. Add asparagus; cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings; set aside.
Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Add half-and-half, cheeses, parsley, pepper, nutmeg and asparagus mixture; mix well. Pour into pie shell; place on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven 50 minutes or until golden brown and center is set.
