INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
- 3 cups (12 oz.) Sargento® Fine Cut Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican or Sargento® Chef Blends™ Shredded 4 Cheese Pizzeria, divided
- 1/2 lb. pulled or shredded pork, coated with barbecue sauce
- 1 cup salsa or picante sauce
DIRECTIONS

Spray 12-inch pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. Unroll dough; press onto prepared pan. Bake in preheated 425°F oven 6 minutes or until crust is just beginning to brown.

Sprinkle 1-1/2 cups cheese on crust.

Combine pork and salsa in medium bowl; spread evenly over crust. Top with remaining cheese; return to oven and bake 9 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
