INGREDIENTS
- 1 large (14 to 15-inches) Italian bread, split
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Fine Cut Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or Sargento® Chef Blends™ Shredded 6 Cheese Italian
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- Marinara or pizza sauce, heated (optional)
DIRECTIONS

Place bread on baking sheet cut sides up; set aside. Combine butter and oil in medium bowl; mix well. Stir in cheeses, garlic and oregano.

Spread mixture evenly over bread slices. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Slice and serve with marinara sauce, if desired.
