INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2-1/2 cups lowfat granola, divided
- 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Traditional Cut Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided
DIRECTIONS

Combine applesauce, eggs, apple juice concentrate and oil in large bowl; mix well. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, 2 cups granola and 1-1/2 cups cheese.

Spread mixture in lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish; top with remaining granola and cheese. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 22 or until edges are lightly browned.

Transfer to wire cooling rack; let stand 20 minutes, cut into bars and serve.
