- 16 large, hearty crackers
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican Cheese
- 16 jumbo, precooked, deveined shrimp
- 1/3 cup chunky salsa
- 16 small cilantro sprigs
