Swiss & Mushroom Spaetzle

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) spaetzle, cooked according to package directions, drained, divided
  • 1 container (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms, divided
  • Garlic salt
 

DIRECTIONS

  • 1

    Coat 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread half spaetzle in bottom of dish; top with half mushrooms.

    Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper lightly over mixture. Arrange half of cheese over mixture. Repeat layering with remaining spaetzle, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese.

    Bake in preheated 400°F oven 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
