Swiss & Mushroom Spaetzle
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) spaetzle, cooked according to package directions, drained, divided
- 1 container (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms, divided
- Garlic salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Swiss Cheese or Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Aged Swiss
Directions
- Coat 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread half spaetzle in bottom of dish; top with half mushrooms.
- Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper lightly over mixture. Arrange half of cheese over mixture. Repeat layering with remaining spaetzle, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese.
- Bake in preheated 400°F oven 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
