Serves: Makes 3 cups
Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic clove. Place sauce mix in pan; whisk in milk. Place over medium heat; bring to a simmer, whisking frequently.
Reduce heat to low; whisk in mustard. Gradually add cheeses, whisking constantly, until cheese is melted. (Mixture will be very thick). Gradually whisk in wine. Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
