Vidalia Onion Spinach Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup Vidalia onion, finely chopped
- 3 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- Paprika
DIRECTIONS

Combine cheese, mayonnaise, spinach, onion and bacon in small mixing bowl; mix well. Coat 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Add cheese mixture to dish; top with paprika.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven 30 minutes or until hot in center. Serve with crackers or chips.
