Beat eggs with half and half in medium bowl. Add cheeses, brandy, salt, pepper and nutmeg; mix well.
Arrange bread on foiled-lined baking sheet. Spoon cheese mixture evenly over bread. Bake in preheated 425 °F oven 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Transfer appetizers to a serving platter; garnish with chives. Serve warm.
