Heat large skillet over medium heat; add onion, garlic and crumbled beef into skillet and cook, stirring 7 minutes or until no longer pink; pour off drippings. Stir in pasta sauce; set aside. Stir together Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, parsley, salt, oregano and eggs in medium bowl.
Spread thin layer of meat sauce in 9x13-inch baking pan. Layer 1/3 lasagna noodles, 1/3 cheese mixture, 1/3 meat sauce and 1/3 Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering two times. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
