Love this recipe, as it can be made up and then froze for use at a later date. I use the low sodium ham, as it tends to make it very salty otherwise. easy to make up and serve. holds together well when serving.

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: Serves: 8


  • 1 tube (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 cups (1 lb.) cubed ham
  • 2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1

    Arrange rolls on bottom deep 9-inch pie plate. Top rolls with ham and potatoes. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl.

    Pour egg mixture over potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 30 minutes, coveredges of crust with foil. Bake 15 minutes more or until eggs are set.


  • Can also be prepared in 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake 30 minutes.
