South of the Border Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® ChefStyle Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Assorted crackers
Directions
- Stir together cream cheese and salsa in small bowl until well blended. Stir in cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes (or up to 48 hours). Serve with crackers.
