Easy Meal Burritos

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg. (7 oz.) yellow rice mix
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 6 (9-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
 

DIRECTIONS

  • 1

    Cook rice according to package directions in medium saucepan. Stir in beans; heat 3 minutes more or until heated through.

  • 2

    Top each warm tortilla with 1 cup rice mixture. Spoon 2 tablespoons salsa over rice; top with 1/4 cup cheese. Fold sides of each tortilla over rice mixture; roll up burrito-style.

Many wonderful flavors that compliment each other. Added NM green chili's. Great quick meal.

For a great cheese melt, toast in oven for 2 minutes. It also gave the burrito a crispy bite!
