Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 English muffin, split, toasted
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 slices deli ham, crisply cooked bacon or Canadian bacon
- 4 slices avocado (optional)
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese or Sargento® Fancy Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
Directions
- Place muffin halves on small, foil-lined baking sheet; top with tomato, ham and avocado, if desired.
- Combine cheese and mayonnaise; spread over ham. Place under preheated broiler 4 inches from heat; broil 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is hot.
