Baked Ziti with Parmesan Topping
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. ziti pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 cups (15 oz.) Sargento® Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® ChefStyle Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 jar (24 oz.) Bertolli® Tomato & Basil Sauce, divided
- 1/4 cup (1 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
DIRECTIONS

Combine ziti, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, egg, pepper and 1-1/2 cups pasta sauce in large bowl.

Spread pasta mixture in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered in preheated 375°F oven 40 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
