Ricotta Pancakes
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 15 oz. Sargento® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- Fresh fruit (optional)
- Powdered sugar (optional)
- Maple syrup (optional)
Directions
- Beat eggs in large bowl. Add cheese, flour, sour cream and sugar; mix until thoroughly combined.
- Place 1/4 cup batter onto preheated greased griddle, spreading batter into 4-inch circle. Cook 2 minutes per side or until golden brown; repeat with remaining batter. Serve with fresh fruit, powdered sugar and maple syrup, if desired.
