Combine mayonnaise, hot sauce and cilantro in small bowl.
Remove some of the soft inner bread from loaf. Spread mayonnaise mixture generously on each cut-side of loaf.
Layer roast beef over bottom half of bread; sprinkle with salt. Top with sliced cheese, arugula and avocado slices. Place top half of bread in place and press lightly to close sandwich. Cut into 3-inch portions to serve.
