Greek Island Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups (10 oz.) salad greens
  • 4 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese, cut into strips
  • 3 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/3 cup pitted black or kalamata olives, halved
  • 1/2 cup Italian or Caesar salad dressing
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Croutons (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine salad greens, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and olives in large bowl.
  2. Add dressing to salad mixture; toss. Transfer to four serving plates. Top with pepper and croutons, if desired.
