Pasta, Ham & Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) small shell or elbow pasta, cooked
- 1-1/4 cups (6 oz.) diced, cooked ham or shrimp
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup Ranch or creamy Italian salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 6 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
Directions
- Combine pasta, ham, tomatoes and green onions in large bowl.
- Combine dressing, dill and pepper; pour over pasta mixture and toss. Sprinkle cheese over salad and toss again. Serve immediately or chill until serving time. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
