Paid Vacation & Holiday Pay
Based on years of service, all employees are offered paid vacation as well as 10 paid holidays.
From May through the end of September, summer hours are available for those positions that allow flexibility without impairing our ability to meet the needs of our customers. Work hours shift to 7:15 to 5:00 Monday through Thursday and 7:15 to 12:15 on Fridays, allowing Friday afternoons off.
Office Dress & Uniform Benefits
Our office environment allows business casual Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, jeans are acceptable when a contribution is made to one of the company's sponsored charities. Employees working in our manufacturing and distribution centers receive free uniforms as well as an allowance for shoes.
